Account Coordinator

We are looking for an Account coordinator to be responsible for managing our existing accounts. You will work closely with the B2B and Operations team. We need a great communicator who is at ease in a fun, creative atmosphere but can also professionally handle the responsibility of juggling multiple time-sensitive schedules in a fast-growing company.

This role will manage the flow of information needed for order management of our B2B wholesale accounts, and analyze data to anticipate future needs. You will manage customer relationships by providing high quality support through correct and clear communication across a diverse customer base while taking ownership to resolve challenging customer issues through an ability to determine and prioritize customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

To be successful for this position, you will need to be an effective communicator and bridge the gap between our business partnerships and internal teams. You need to have strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with appropriate team members.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage the communication of supply chain interruptions for B2B wholesale accounts
  • Ensure appropriate flow of information to sales team and customers using our inventory management platform, Trade Gecko
  • Execute required order revisions for backorders, changes in stock levels, and delays in shipping or production
  • Assign settings and rules on inventory management platform, Trade Gecko, tailored to individual B2B accounts based on negotiated terms, price breaks, wholesale cost, etc.
  • Ensure order fulfillment is executed as scheduled, including external communication with B2B wholesale accounts
  • Collaborate with Operations and Planning teams to determine proper lead times, adhere to shipping requirements, agreements, and deadlines
  • Create and publish management reports explaining orders and shipping or delivery status of customer purchase orders
  • Utilize reporting tools to generate reports to monitor and track logistical movement of product to final destination
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Initiates follow up on issues through the resolution stage
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated capability to quickly learn new technology and systems, including but not limited to: Asana, Air Table, Trade Gecko, Pipedrive
  • Capacity to work effectively in multiple and complex systems with a strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to follow different processes and critical thinking to resolve customer problems in a timely fashion

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000, dependent on experience
