How do I choose the right size?
Whether your human cub is just learning to walk or already climbing trees, there’s a Cubcoat that’s sure to fit! We try to make it easy by sizing our coats based on age, but feel free to use this size chart to find the perfect fit. If your child is in between sizes, order the bigger size. Just like imaginations, bodies were made to grow!

How do I care for my Cubcoat? Is my Cubcoat machine washable?
Cubcoats are simple to care for! Just unroll the Cubcoat into a hoodie, empty the pockets (there’s always a crayon or candy stashed away), and machine wash on a normal, cold water cycle. Tumble dry on low and your cub is ready for the next adventure!

What are Cubcoats made from?
Cubcoats don’t get so huggable by accident! They’re made from premium, non-allergenic materials that are safe to snuggle. Plush, soft-touch fleece is used for every stuffed toy. Each hoodie is fully lined with a comfortable, machine-washable cotton-polyester (60%-40%) blend.

How does my Cubcoat transform?
With Cubcoats, unfolding adventure is only a few steps away!
1. Flip it over and unzip the back
2. Roll out the hoodie
3. Tuck the character away inside the hood.
4. Go outside and play!
Ready to snuggle your friend again?
1. Lay the hoodie flat with the front side zipper facing up.
2. Fold the arms of the hoodie towards the middle, parallel to the zipper.
3. Roll it up from the bottom to the hood.
4. Tuck the rolled portion into the unzipped portion of your Cubcoat.
5. Zip it, fluff it, and give it a hug!

How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is placed. Just make sure your email is entered correctly when checking out. Please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be processed and shipped. If you’ve placed a pre-order, the shipping date will be specified on that item’s product page.

My Cubcoat hasn’t shipped yet… why is that?
Orders for in-stock items may take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship. After being processed and shipped, your order should arrive in the timeframe that you selected via shipping option. Orders placed before 5:00pm PST will ship the following day; orders placed after 5:00pm PST will ship an estimated 2 days later.
Please note that the processing time for pre-orders exceeds this 2-3 day period. Check the item’s product page for its exact shipping date.

Can I make a change to my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel or make changes to your Cubcoats purchase after the order has been placed. This includes size adjustments and changes in shipping address. Please also note that we are unfortunately unable to combine separate orders.
If your item isn’t the right size, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Does Cubcoats ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to all 50 states within the U.S. and Canada.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders in the U.S. over $50. All other Standard Domestic Shipping orders (U.S. only) are $4.95. Please note that international shipping prices may vary per order, items, and shipping country.

How will my order be shipped?
Cubcoats uses a variety of shipping methods, including UPS, Fedex, USPS, and DHL. All
Cubcoats orders can be tracked via an emailed tracking link soon after the order has been processed and shipped.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal too!
Your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be billed at the point of sale. Your bank or PayPal statement should reflect the amount charged shortly after placing your Cubcoats order.

Every payment on cubcoats.com is guaranteed to be secure. Our site includes an SSL certificate, using industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. Our payment system is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

What sales tax will I be charged?
All orders shipped to California will be charged a local sales tax.
For other states or countries, please consult your local tax policies.

My payment was declined—what should I do?
Although we understand that payments may be declined sometimes, Cubcoats’ payment processor cannot be overridden. If you believe there may be an error with your card, please reach out to your bank directly.

What is your return policy?
U.S. orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are credited back to your original form of payment. There are no returns or exchanges for International orders at this time. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Start here to begin the process of your return.
